The original Club Muskie tradition is, and continues to be, an annual tradition at my erstwhile employer that is comprised of nothing more than taking 1 day out of the year...1 business day :), and simply relaxing, partying and living it up at the beach. The tradition, nothing short of genius, has been hosted successfully for a long time by current partner & all-around good guy Mark M. aka 'Muskie'. It's a place where the burgers & beers are abundant and the unofficial motto is, "We work hard to stay relaxed". After having attended a single Club Muskie event last year I was taken with the idea and thought what better way to spread some goodwill from America than to export our best ideas globally; thus I have unofficially founded a new Club Muskie II in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Let me give you an overview...
At Club Muskie II women's beach volleyball is the official game of leisure.
But there is still always time to get some sun.
When the sun gets too hot then it's time to head down to the water and take a dip.
But the fun doesn't stay on land only; when the time is right the party goes aquatic and onto a boat. And folks boating can be dangerous so it's important to always have two reliable hands on deck at all times.
However just as important is to make sure you don't have too many hands on deck otherwise there is no room to relax.
And at the end of the day it's no problem to have a little dancing on top of the bar here n there.
By this point I hope you are convinced that the Club Muskie concept is pretty much the best idea you have never heard of and/or do not experience enough. Sadly I report that Club Muskie II is closing soon as my time in Brasil winds down; until next time folks...
And at the end of the day it's no problem to have a little dancing on top of the bar here n there.
